1. How do I place an order?
Depending on the Service, an order can be placed using the ServicePoint in the (office) building or via this website. The Dry Cleaning, Wash & Iron and Clothing Reparation Services run via the ServicePoint, all other Services van be acquired through our website or via 0900 44 11 666. In the "Services" section you will find an order procedure per service.
2. Why is Charlie often cheaper than other supplier?
Charlie has an agreement with employers that all its services should be obtainable by all the employees. Therefore the economies of scale Charlie creates is calculated into the price, resulting in the best quality for very competitive prices.
3. How does Charlie guarantee quality?
We work for the top companies and business personalities in the Netherlands, where only the highest quality is good enough. All of our suppliers are certified and consistently satisfy our highest demands. For clients that are not satisfied we enforce a "no-good-money-back" guarantee.
4. How do I pay for a Service?
With every order you have a choice of payment. By direct debt, invoice, or credit card (PayPal). Payments by invoice will cost you a € 1.75 administration fee.
5. Which Services can I use?
When you choose your "Employer / Organization / Office Location" our website will only show you the Services available to you, under the "Service" section of each Service subsection.
6. On which days does the hairdressing / Massage / Car Wash Service take place?
If these Services are offered to you, you will be able to find the "Service Days" mentioned in the description of each Service
7. How do I get the deposit of my clothing bag back?
At the ServicePoint you will find "Deposit return slips". Please fill in all the fields, put the slip in the transparent pouch of the clothing bag, and hang the clothing bag in the "New Orders" closet. Your deposit will be automatically reimbursed.
